Refund Policy

At NW Tyres, we aim to supply high-quality tyres and provide a reliable fitting service. Due to the nature of tyres as safety-critical products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once tyres have been fitted to a vehicle.

​Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tyres ordered are the correct size and specification for their vehicle before fitting takes place.

1.Faulty or Defective Tyres

If you believe a tyre supplied by NW Tyres is faulty or has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such cases, the tyre may need to be inspected in line with the manufacturer’s warranty process. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

2.Unfitted Tyres

If a tyre has been purchased but has not yet been fitted, please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. In some circumstances, we may be able to arrange an exchange or refund provided the tyre remains unused and in its original condition
