These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by NW Tyres. By purchasing tyres or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Products and Services

NW Tyres supplies tyres and related services including tyre fitting, balancing, and repairs. All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill by our technicians.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices provided by NW Tyres are subject to change without notice unless a price has already been agreed at the time of booking. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Tyre Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring the tyres ordered are the correct size and specification for their vehicle. NW Tyres cannot accept responsibility for incorrect tyre sizes requested by the customer.

5. Fitting Services

Once tyres have been fitted to a vehicle, they are considered used and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Customers should ensure their vehicle is safe and suitable for tyre fitting. NW Tyres reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or if fitting the requested tyres would breach legal or safety standards.

6. Faulty Tyres

If a tyre supplied by NW Tyres is believed to be faulty, it may need to be inspected in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be offered.

7. Liability

NW Tyres will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure their vehicle details and tyre requirements are accurate when placing an order or booking a service. It is also the customer's responsibility to check that wheel nuts are secure and tyres are suitable for continued use after leaving our premises.

9. Changes to Terms

NW Tyres reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
